and its the Twilight hunk- Taylor Lautner!

A few months back, my friend and I were talking about who should be the next face of Bench. And I remember telling him that I would love to see Taylor Lautner as endorser of the brand. I think Taylor is very humble and simple. And I think a lot of people can easily relate to his style.

After signing, he will now be joining the pack of International Bench Endorsers including Adam Levine, Michael Trevino, Jessica Sanchez, Lee Min Ho, Liam Hemsworth, Bruno Mars, and Lucy Hale.

And the big question: Is he coming to the Philippines?

Knowing how big Bench is, they are surely bringing Taylor Lautner closer to his Filipino fans. In fact, all of their International endorsers visited the country for the promo and meet-and-greet for fans.

Cosmo Bachelor Bash 2012: Cosmo Men Unite

First of all, I would like to send my love to Summit Media and my friend, Allan, for giving me VIP access to the event.

I’ve been watching Cosmo Bachelor Bash since 2007, and I never missed a single show since then. And last night was probably the biggest turnout of attendees. The VIP area was jam-packed and the regular area was extremely crowded. When we get there, all seats were already occupied so we had to find the best place to stand. We were really lucky because our spot was right beside the runway allowing us to see every bachelors up-close.

Since I am also an Event Director, I can’t help but comment on some things. First, I love the multi-level stage that was utilized all throughout the event. I also love the runway and its side extensions. Some segments were great, while some needs more rehearsal time and proper execution. Lighting was good too!

Adam Levine is the Newest Endorser of Bench

Maroon 5’s frontman and The Voice coach, Adam Levine, is the newest addition to the growing number of Bench International Endorsers.

Adam Levine is expected to arrive in the Philippines in time for his meet-and-greet on September 17, 2012 at the SMX Convention Center. However, he will not be part of the Bench Universe Fashion Show happening this September 14 and 15.

London Olympics 2012 Hottest Hunks

I definitely love the Olympics.

Every 4 years, we get to witness the best Athletes from all over the world compete against one another. Men and women of sports showcase their massive skills and do enormous feats to get the nod of the world and take home the  prestigious Gold.

Well i must admit, aside from the stunts and heart-pounding games, i also enjoy checking out some Olympic Hotties and Hunks. For me, they are more admirable and attention-worthy compare to some Hollywood and Billboard stars because they are normal just like everyone else, except that they are extremely dedicated to their sports and most of them have inspiring stories to tell.

So here are 5 of my picks for London Olympics 2012 Hottest Hunks.

1. Marcel Nguyen: Vietnamese-German Gymnast, 25 years old.

Yes! It’s official!
Leighton Meester from the hit series Gossip Girl will be the new addition to the International Endorsers of Penshoppe.

Blair Waldorf (her character on Gossip Girl) will be joining her Gossip Girl co-star Ed Westwick, Thai Superstar Mario Maurer, Vampire Diaries’ Ian Somerhalder, and High School Musical’s Zac Efron for the biggest campaign of the brand yet- The Penshoppe All Stars.

Her addition to the Penshoppe family will surely hype the brand even more since she has a huge following here in the Philippines. Plus the brand needs someone to represent the ladies, andLeighton is the perfect choice.

If you’ve been watching Gossip Girl, you are surely aware that Blair Waldorf is a huge Fashionista of the Upper East Side and her style is impeccable. Her character even reinvented the School Girl look and made headbands so hot! She has an amazing fashion sense and a true signature style.

With her Penshoppe endorsement, I’m looking forward to see some of Blair Waldorf influence on the new collection- School Girl style perhaps?  or colored leggings?

One thing is for sure- I’m super excited to see the Queen B and have a peek on her style.

First look!! Zac Efron for Penshoppe

Went to the office of Penshoppe for a meeting and i saw this newly posted print at the lobby.
This is the first print design for Zac Efron’s campaign for Penshoppe, which will be call #PenshoppeAllStars.

So it’s totally and 101% confirmed that Zac Efron is the newest endorser of Philippines’ global brand-Penshoppe!

I’m really excited to meet him on his Press Launch or Fashion Week Appearance (Rumor has it that Zac Efron will fly to the Philippines in time for Penshoppe’s show for the Philippine Fashion Week Holiday 2012 happening on May 22-27, 2012)

I was seated at the VIP during the recent Fashion Week Show of Penshoppe when they launched Mario Maurer.I am hoping to get another VIP invite for Zac Efron’s launch.

Lola Aurelia and Lolo Luis: A Triumph of Social Media

Amidst the Facebook porn attacks and scam, a story emerged to remind us that social media will always have it’s positive side.

Here in the Philippines, a photo of an old woman searching for her husband became viral and was shared 50,000+ times on Facebook. The said picture shows the old lady sitting on the street with a picture of her husband pinned on her dress.

The picture was taken by a Facebook user named Reddie Js, who uploaded the picture for people to share and help the old woman find her husband. The user mentioned that the husband has been missing for two weeks.

After it was posted, more and more people started sharing the picture on their wall and even encouraged other users to do the same. The image caught the attention of some local news channel and it paved way for the reunion of the old couple.

After 58, 857 shares on Facebook, Lola Aurelia finally saw her husband.

Lola Aurelia’s love is unconditional and genuine. Her photo tells so much about that love and it transcends to the users of Facebook. Users became part of the quest and eventually turned into witnesses of this real love story.

Love always finds a way, indeed.

Their story is a triumph of love and of social media.
